DOES IT REPLACE ROMRAIDER / ECUFLASH?
No. EcuPulse doesn't flash or edit ROMs. It covers the logging side — live dash, pull capture, review, health, alarms — and sits alongside the tools you already use for tuning.
WHICH CARS?
Compatible Subaru ECUs with matching definitions. Year, market, firmware and adapter determine available channels; listed profiles are not demonstrated support for every vehicle. Modified ROMs require special attention to their exact definitions.
WHICH ADAPTERS?
OBDLink MX+, OBDLink LX and other STN-based Bluetooth adapters; over USB-OTG, a Tactrix Openport 2.0 or, on a Subaru with SSM on its K-line (up to the 2014 model year, not the BRZ), a K-line (KKL) cable, preferably FTDI-based. Generic ELM327 clones are not supported, and hardware validation is still in progress: confirm your ECU and adapter combination before purchase. Adapter notes in the manual →
WHICH ANDROID VERSIONS?

DOES MY DATA LEAVE THE PHONE?
We do not operate an EcuPulse telemetry backend. Optional Wear synchronization can use Google’s encrypted cloud relay; Android can back up or transfer preferences. Recordings are stored locally until you export them. Read the privacy policy →
WEAR OS?
The Wear OS 3+ companion installs from the same Play listing. Choose a gauge or NONE · LARGE GEAR in the phone's Setup ▸ Wear OS ▸ Watch Gauge settings; warnings still take priority. Use the EDIT SHIFT RPM shortcut in the same section to change your vehicle's shift point. Touch gestures and crown actions are configurable; physical-button availability depends on the watch. Live telemetry needs the phone app connected to your car.
