DOES IT REPLACE ROMRAIDER / ECUFLASH?
No. EcuPulse doesn't flash or edit ROMs. It covers the logging side — live dash, pull capture, review, health, alarms — and sits alongside the tools you already use for tuning.
WHICH CARS?
WRX, STI, Forester XT, Legacy/Outback XT, BRZ and other Subarus — on connect, the app reads your ROM ID and loads matching parameters and thresholds.
WHICH ADAPTERS?
OBDLink MX+ / LX and other STN-based Bluetooth adapters, or a Tactrix Openport 2.0 over USB. ELM327 clones are not supported — they can't sustain SSM at logging speed.
WHICH ANDROID VERSIONS?
Android 12 and up, phone and tablet. The Wear OS companion needs Wear OS 3+.
DOES MY DATA LEAVE THE PHONE?
No. No accounts, no analytics, no cloud. Logs stay on your device unless you export them yourself. Read the privacy policy →
WEAR OS?
Yes — a companion watch app on the same Play listing (Wear OS 3+): live ring with gear and the worst-severity channel, a wrist knock alert with haptics and tap-to-silence, and remappable gesture remote control. It needs the phone app connected to your car.
